Central London is quite a big location to suggest timings for. For a rough estimate, Leicester Square is 18 miles,  45 min journey by tube. It takes similar time by taxi (subject to traffic).

No, Dreams Unlimited Serviced Accommodation only accepts payment through card or bank transfers.
Yes, Dreams Unlimited Serviced Accommodation does accept one-night bookings. As we are located close to Heathrow Airport, we often have guests with connecting flights who need a place to stay for a short time.

You can stay at Dreams Unlimited Serviced Accommodation for a minimum of one night and a maximum of six months under normal circumstances. These booking can be made directly through the website.

Longer stays are also possible. For stays longer than 6 months, please contact us through phone or email  and we wil work out a special package for you.

At Dreams Unlimited Serviced Accommodation, children under 10 years old may share a bed with their parents. For children over 10 years old, we recommend booking a separate room.

The check-in time for Dreams Unlimited Serviced Accommodation is 3:00 pm, and the check-out time is 11:00 am.
No, Dreams Unlimited Serviced Accommodation is a self-check-in property.
We will provide you with a code to enter the house and the code for the room you have booked.
The previous guest checks out at 11:00 am, and cleaners arrive at 12:00 pm. You are welcome to check in to the house and wait in the living room while your room is being set up. You can also store your luggage and move around.
Dreams Unlimited Serviced Accommodation properties are self-check-in, so you can come at your convenience. Please do not disturb other house guests or neighbors.
Late checkout is allowed until 2:00 pm, subject to availability, at an additional charge.
Late checkout must be requested through Dreams Unlimited Customer Service in writing (through your booking app or by emailing booking@dreamsunlimited.co.uk).

There is a charge for late checkout as follows:

  • Late checkout requested before 9:00 am on the checkout day: £20
  • Late checkout requested after 9:00 am on the checkout day or late checkout has not been requested but the room has not been vacated by 11:00 am: £35
Bookings may only be made by a person aged 18 or above, and there must be at least one person aged 18 or above staying in the properties.
You may not re-sell or re-assign your booking to any other person or organization without the express permission of Dreams Unlimited Serviced Accommodation.

Payment must be made using a bank transfer or credit/debit card at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
You can get a free cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date.
We take a refundable security deposit of GBP 500 on full house bookings. Please note that this deposit is not actually deducted from your card. It is simply a block placed on the card for that amount, which authorizes us to deduct sums up to that amount in case of any damage or violation of house rules during your stay. The block will be released and the funds made available for your use the day following your checkout, provided everything is in order.
The deposit will be refunded 2 days after checkout.

In case of DAMAGE, THEFT & COSTS, DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to charge to the credit/debit card used for payment or any other card used to provide security in respect of: 

  •  The cost of replacing or repairing any property of DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION including furniture, upholstery, fittings, appliances or other fixtures and items which are damaged during your stay;

  • The cost of replacing any items of property which are stolen from the ACCOMMODATION during your stay

  • The cost of repairing or replacing any damage to common areas in the block of apartment and/or neighbours properties.

  • Any breach of our non-smoking policy. A standard charge of £100 will be charged to your card where we find evidence of smoking within the ACCOMMODATION to cover cleaning costs but we reserve the right to charge additional amounts to cover any damage caused by smoking

  • Such costs may be charged on check-out but DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to apply such charges to your card later where necessary.

  • Where DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION is unable for any reason to apply such a charge against your credit/ debit card then an invoice will be sent to you and which you agree to pay within 14 days of receipt.

No smoking is not allowed in the property. Any breach of our non-smoking policy. A standard charge of £100 will be charged to your card where we find evidence of smoking within the ACCOMMODATION to cover cleaning costs but we reserve the right to charge additional amounts to cover any damage caused by smoking

DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will provide a receipt including a breakdown of costs for all additional charges made to your credit or debit card.

Yes, you can have a get together, all houses are fitted with noise measuring device. High noise or complaints by neighbour can result in eviction. No unauthorised guest is allowed.

DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION want to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. If you have a problem during your stay, please talk to any member of staff who will be able to help you.

If DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION are unable to informally resolve any complaint you have at the time of your stay, then you may submit a formal complaint in accordance with this procedure. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing using the contact details below. Please provide as much information as possible in order that DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION may properly investigate your complaint.

Your complaint will be dealt with by an appointed member of the DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION management team. DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION aims to respond to formal complaints within 2 days but if this will not possible DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will notify you of this and about when it expects to respond. DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will set out the outcome to your complaint in writing.

DREAMS UNLIMITED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to reject without further investigation any vexatious complaint or complaint made in bad faith.
